1. How to book an activity?

Find your preferred activity or tour, select the relevant package and click Book Now! Ensure to fill-up all the information requested or the form is unable to go through. Click SEND

2. What if I would like to have a customized activity or a mixed tours as per displayed on Azuki Tours website?

Go directly to CONTACT tab and fill-up all the information requested in the form. Click SEND

3. After making a booking, how long will I receive a feedback?

We will be either calling you via whatsapp or reply your email within 48 hours to have a chat to understand better about your needs

5. Why does Azuki Tours need to call me?

Being a digital organization, Azuki Tours would like to learn and understand better the potential customer face to face. However, writing emails are also good as Azuki Tours do not want to disturb the privacy of our potential customer as we understand that weekdays are normally working days

6. Will I get the quotation and feedback immediately after 48 hours?

No. After understanding your needs, Azuki Tours will check with our counterparts of the best activities depending on the number of paxes you have and will email you the quotation as soon as possible. Please give us your feedback on the quotation we have given in the stipulated time frame

7. What if I disagree to the activities and wish to change the timing or places?

Do write to us, and we would be glad to fulfill the Tour Activities according to your budget and needs

8. After confirmation, what should I do?

Upon agreeing to the price, full payment must be made before travel date

9. After I made the payment, will I get all the confirmation of the Tour Itineraries?

After payment has been made, kindly email Azuki Tours the proof of payment for us to check with our bank account. Payment MUST be cleared in Azuki Tours bank account before travel date. Please take note that Azuki Tours will only reserve all the bookings and without receiving FULL AMOUNT before arriving to Malaysia, we will cancel all the bookings with our counterparts

10. When will I know that the whole transaction is successful?

Everything will be in written consent. We will be emailing you the person in charge you could call upon arriving in Malaysia (if needed) together with all the necessary vouchers according to your itineraries

11. What do I do next?

Just relax and wait for the date of your arrival in Malaysia. We look forward in receiving your presence here
