Our trip today is to gain more knowledge and awareness about the endangered wildlife animals as well as exploring the Rainforest in Borneo. We will first depart to Matang Wildlife Centre, whose main objective is rescue, adopt and care these Orangutan’s before releasing them back to the wild once they are independent. After having packed lunch, we will depart on the nature trails with a naturalist guide at Kubah National Park famously known for its widest selections of palms and orchids in Borneo, one of a kind in the world.

Experience the rainforest in Borneo Island, the third largest island on Earth. Borneo is shared between Brunei, Kalimantan Indonesia and East of Malaysia consisting of both Sabah and Sarawak. Sit back and relax in a 20-minute boat ride from the village of Kampung Bako, which is the only access to reach the Bako National Park. Witness the spectacular diversities in wildlife as we visit Bako National Park. Not only Bako offers a wide range of vegetation such as swamp forest, mangrove forest or dipterocarp forest, Bako is also home to approximately 275 rare proboscis monkeys, one of the most unusual monkey species, which can only be found in the island of Borneo, South East Asia.

After breakfast, it is free at leisure for any last minute souvenir shopping around the hotel/resort or taking photos, before we proceed to check out and transfer to the airport. We hope you return home with wonderful and memorable memories and visit us again.
